You can customize this prompt as you like and then see what it creates. I use the same prompt in Content Creator Platform, and the results have been almost excellent.

Did you catch it? I said, "Almost" meaning AI text is not your text until you check each word, sentence, and paragraph, and then make sure you rewrite things when you need to. You can always add personal stories and experiences on the topic at hand.

To do this, ask yourself, what did you try, when, how, why, and what were the results? Share those naturally in relevant sections of the text, article or book.
