It's been a while so I thought I'd stop by and see how things are going at Wealthy Affiliate. I see a lot of new faces and a lot of the same old ones, too. I also see there have been some updates to the WA website as well, very nice!
Somehow, I managed to get my first WA referral a few weeks ago! Pretty cool, but he doesn't seem to be very active here. Maybe I should drop him a line.

I received my 6 month badge recently and I can't believe how the time flies. I was hoping to at least be breaking even by now as far as having my referral commissions pay for my membership dues. Not so. This temporary hiatus put a serious crimp in my affiliate marketing efforts.
From the looks of things, I wont be working the insane hours I was putting in at my job for a little while at least. This little lull may just provide me some time to repair my website health and I'm kicking around the idea of starting a gaming channel on YouTube with my son. We'll see about that, lol!
How's everybody doing with the new SSL certificates? I knew about them but haven't had the time to set one up yet. Let me know what you think about the SSL cert's in the comments below.
Lastly, I know it's a bit late but, Happy New Year everybody! I hope you are doing well with your resolutions and with any luck, 2017 will turn out to be an excellent year for all of us. I guess time will tell.
