First, you dream of having a house and make it home for your family. You choose to act the very first step by getting involved into saving money. Then find good engineer and skilled people who will help you with your dream architecture that withstands different weather patterns and even an earthquake. You don't give up in a week, even a month or even a full season.

Me and my girlfriend were trying to find investors for our new project about local business directory listing with virtual assistance service. It was more than a year ago when earthquake hit Himalayas of Asia. Business were no longer business, people were travelling to their city like scared helpless immigrants. Social organizations and people were busy cleaning up roads and finding survivals inside ruins of buildings and business structures. The project we were struggling on disappeared in our imagination.

I decided to change plan from doing local web business to micro niche business because I was aware of it already and had help many friends achieve their goals by giving them free webmastering help and SEO knowledge. Previously, I was not interested in it because the main goal is to make money while I was dreaming about a revolution. Then we talked with some friends collected some money and prepared about three to four people in the team. We set our goals to hit $5000 within 6 months and started working desperately each and every day. After 4 months of work, Adsense started showing up with few hundred dollars and then we put more effort into it. The team made about $10K in a single month in Adsense and about $60K around a year. Later I negotiated with the team for an exit.

Never give up !! Success is carefully planned steps that you determine to act upon.
