I recently wrote a WA blog post making the point that finding a strong connection between an audience problem and a product that solves that problem is a key strategy for online success.

In that post I used Quora to find an audience problem followed by a quick Google search to find a matching affiliate product.

However life is actually simpler than that, as you don't need to venture outside of WA at all in order to find problems and match them to solutions.

Here's what you can do:

Audience Pain Points:

Within HUBS there are a wealth of ideas and resources that help uncover problems people are having in your niche.

For the purpose of this exercise, I set up a niche of "Exercises for Seniors" in HUBS and then took a look at the topics the system generated for me under 'Pain Points':

The suggestion at the top of the list is a great one to work with. It clearly identifies the problem of a senior person trying to exercise when they suffer from joint pain.

So that's the 'problem', lets look further in HUBS to find our solution:

Finding the Solution:

'Revenue Opportunities' is the place to be for solutions and while it sometimes may need a little bit of a wander through the categories to find a relevant solution, for this exercise the category of 'Low Impact Exercise DVDs and Streaming Services' immediately looked like a great fit.

In particular 'Chair Exercises' popped out to me as being suitable as a low impact way people with joint pain could exercise.

So, I clicked on the button in the 'Affiliate link' column and was taken to Amazon where an affiliate product was waiting for me:

The Product Solution:

Perfect! Here's a DVD that I can promote to my audience of Seniors who have joint pain but still want to exercise:

Information Gathering About the Product:

Amazon has lots of useful information that you can look at and leverage, so I looked at the following to use a little later on:

Writing a Post to Promote the Chair Workout DVD

So far, I've spent about 10 to 15 minutes and already I have:

• Identified an audience problem
• Found a product solution that solves that problem
• Collated some basic information about the product including social proof.

I also had a quick look on YouTube and helpfully, the trainer in the DVD has also recorded some short tutorial videos demonstrating the chair exercises - what more could you ask for!

So, taking all the components I have collected so far, I head over to the WA AI writer and ask the writer to help me write my sales page/article.

Here's what I typed and copied/pasted into the 'Add content details' box in the AI Writer:

So, I've given the writer the product description, the reviews and ratings and the fact that I've found a helpful Youtube video and asked it to prepare an outline:

I'm pretty happy with that, so let's ask it to write the post:

That's really cool - it's incorporated all of the features I asked it to and, although it needs the usual 'polishing' (for example, I would probably use just 1 of the first 3 paragraphs in the final article and add the Youtube video), I've got an article, which is about 75% complete, that:

1. Targets a specific audience problem
2. Presents the solution
3. Provides social proof
4. Links to a introductory video

And that's taken about 20 minutes from start to finish!

Wealthy Affiliate tools are so POWERFUL

In my opinion, the above process is truly amazing...

You can go from a starting position of nothing, to having a targeted, problem solving article that recommends a real product as a real solution, written in about 20 minutes!

Now I agree the article needs a bit of polish, but 20 minutes to get to this 75% complete point is incredible.

Imagine where you could be if you work on producing other targeted articles, relevant to your niche, over say 6 months?

How much value would that provide to your audience?

How many affiliate sales do you think you might make?

If you have a budget, how many PPC campaigns could you run?
