ROUND 1

I had been preoccupied with cleaning my house, taking care of my grandson and searching for toilet paper lately.. so I got a little behind. But today I moved on up..my goal is to complete the next phase of training in 2 weeks or less... sometimes I have to go through a module one or two (three 😁) times to get the meat into my mead head.

Time to trim some of the fat and get cooking. Like a great Pot Roast... slow and low is the way to go. I don't think 2 weeks is unreasonable. (I'll keep ya all updated).

The weather here in Sunny Arizona is supposed to be getting warmer and I might get a little distracted by my girlfriend... she loves❤️❤️❤️ to go on long drives.

But, I have a work around for her foolishness.

She has a built in HOT SPOT and I can take her to the park or up in the mountains and train with her by my side until the sun sets. ☀️
