Hey Johan, I am agree with the fact that water is very important.
Let me share something: I am drinking for 3 years , only distilled water that I distill myself . It is amazing to see the results.
If you google, you see both sides of the story, but I can tell you, we do not have our minerals from our drinking water.

We have to use water softener salts now and I hate the taste. I realized it was keeping me from drinking much water! I went and got myself a water filter to counteract this.
