I Finally Published My First Real Post
Well, I finally published my first post (not counting my About Me and Privacy Policy pages). I wasn't happy with how it turned out the first time, so I did a major edit. Unfortunately, even though I think it's better than it was, it was still only about 800 words. I just couldn't seem to squeeze out a 1000 words to save me. I hope that will be easier with future posts.

Congratulations on your first post!
Don't stress too much about it being short. The more practice you have at blogging and writing, the more the content length will grow. You'll also go back and update older posts (Google likes this) later anyway, so it doesn't have to be perfect.
BTW, having a ton of unnaturally long posts isn't natural. Lots of blogs have varying word lengths of their posts. They don't ALL have to be over 1000 pages. It's just the ones over 1000 pages to 3000 pages do the best.
So don't worry, you'll be fine! ^_^
