Transferring a web site is not easy for all!
I've been trying to transfer one of my old web site to Wealth Affiliated for 2 days now and I'm starting my 3rd day of trying. :( I'm here at WA to learn about web sites and make money, I knew that this wouldn't be easy but it's official, it's a lot harder then I first thought. I've been working with the WA groups support for over 24 hours, also calling and writing to my other web site hosting plate form, with no results so far. People need to realize that repeating the same thing over and over does not make someone understand better. I don't want to be pessimistic or give away bad energy to the community, I just want to make people realize that some of us or not computer wiz. In no way is this meant to offend anyone. I'll find away today if not, I'll just scrap my old web site and start at new.
Have a nice day to all, continue to support each other and I want to also take this opportunity to thank all of the community for helping and encouraging me on this hard journey, very happy and grateful to be doing it with all of you.
I wish you all the best for you and your loved ones :)

Appreciate the follow. I've been trying to transfer sites too. Kyle has written a piece which tells you how from 3 registrars. It didn't work with mine who is kind of obscure. But those that should know tell me it is not hard. I basically just told you nothing but I tried.
Your ex city is my favorite. Also, been a Habs fan since I was four and it continues even this year.
Now I'll tell ypu something I know something about. You haven't been here very long and I'm sure you've noticed the wealth of resourses. Just do one course at a time and finish it. I jumped all over the place and litterally had to start over.
Good luck.
Hi, very sweet of you to take the time to write to me thank you for that. Go habs go! Lol! You're right it's very easy to lose focus, I've been trying to do one thing at a time and finish one step before moving on to the next. Sometimes I forget, but it's nice when people like you remind me.
Good luck to you too.
Was your old website build in straight HTML or was it a wordpress site. If it is a wordpress site, you can add a backup and restore plugin. Do the backup, download it to your computer. When you have your site ready at WA just upload and restore.
The only problems you may have with the scrap and start again approach is:
Your old domain will have attained some ranking from Google for site age.
You may not be able to get either the same or similar domain name again. This may not matter depending on whether your old site was making money or not.
If either of these do not bother you, then you could register a new domain here at WA. Download your content through FTP and upload to your site here.
If your old site ever gets transferred to WA, you then have the option of using this as a further asset.
If you need any more help or are unsure of anything within my comment, just ping me a message...
Thank you, but I just got off the phone and learn that I can't transfer my web site, so I'm just going to scrap it because WA cost me 72$ a month and the other place cost me an extra 25$ and I'm not making any money with any of them so I need to stop losing money.
Your advice was very appreciated, thank you.
