Premium Membership! Next Stop Vegas, Embassador Here I come!

Hey guys,

I just wanted to share my excitement with you about becoming a Premium Member here at Wealthy Affiliate. I am beyond excited to continue my journey here, some people might even go as far as to say hypo-manic, but I am thinking logically, and I know I've made the right decision. I went through too much in my life to pass up on this opportunity and I have so much greatness ahead of me.

You see it's actually quite funny why it took me this long to become a premium member, because I was waiting on money from a client a did work for, and the offer for the first month was slowly expiring, I almost lost hope. But I called him last night, and he pulled through, he held up his end of the bargain and so I was ready to pay. Next thing to hear that my payment has been declined. I said to myself, no this can't be right, I just checked my account. So I tried again. Same thing. I tried again. Same thing. Something must be wrong. This is when I finally decided to take the advice from the notice to call my bank, bare in my this is after twelve in the morning now. And I could not get through to my bank for the love of me! I was on hold for almost an hour and a half before I finally gave up thinking I should probably try again in the morning closer to business hours.

And so I did. I woke up 6:30am tried making the transaction a couple more times and then called again. Still no answer. Now I'm thinking to myself, oh boy, I'm going to have to ask someone to pay for me now, and I have less than 20 hours to register. I can't ask my dad because I owe him so much already, which is part of the reason why I joined Wealthy Affiliate.

I waited an hour and a half before I called back and finally got through to someone only to discover that they have no records of payment attempts to the site. All they have is a recent transaction from Google to pay for my business apps. We stayed on the phone for almost 10 minutes trying to figure it out before I realized that Paypal was trying to make the payment from my 'credit card' (It's really a MasterCard from Fiverr) and not my debit.
If I could blush I swear I was doing it. I was both embarrassed and relieved at the same time. It was that simple! I could have registered from last night, transferred my domain, and made this post. I began to laugh and I apologized to the customer care rep, nice lady, then we spoke about me opening a US Bank account with them, but more on that in another post.

I am here now, ready to get the most of my training, and ready to excel to my goals and grow my business. Looking forward to connecting with everyone here, inspiring others, learning as much as I can, and of course growing the business. Next step ambassador and then Las Vegas baby!
