A Proven Path to Success!

Since leaving school I've always been in search for a proven path to success. If you ponder the last 5 words of the previous sentence, what does it mean to you?

Do you think that this path is easy? Is this path a short cut? Is there only one way or do all paths lead to Rome?

Couple years ago my best friend texts me a message of urgency, "Joe I gt sumfng awsum 2 tel u! On my way now" He tells me of an opportunity like no other. He attempts to dispel my scepticism by assuring me that it's not a pyramid scheme by calling it Multi Level Marketing. "Donald Trump endorses it bro!" he says and that kind of made me lower my BS shield.

Apparently I was scheduled for a one to one consultation that I wasn't aware of. He introduces me to his friend from nursing who's now 28 years old and retired. She's dressed corporate, speaks with great eloquence and gives me an induction in to ACN. While sharing her story of how she went from job security to financial freedom in a period of months I'm trying to figure out what the catch is since she insists it's not a pyramid scheme.

If I were interested in the same success then ALL I had to do was follow her lead. She was the regional leader at the level earning $10,000.00 per month.

Still sceptical, my friend asked me to prove him wrong so I attended the regional meetings with him. I watched the audience and was able to pick out the real players from the dreamers. Watching this woman give her presentation I analysed her intently. She was very convincing but somehow something just didn't sit well with me.

I attended another 2 weekly meetings and was at a point where I was about to submit to the hype. Her words were spoken with conviction. Confidence oozed from her body language. Her knowledge was solid. I could find no fault. At the end of the meeting she gives me a promo DVD to watch.

My friend and I watch the DVD and as it's playing I have what seemed to be an epiphany. I tell my friend to close his eyes and listen. He doesn't get it. I then tell him to continue listening with eyes closed but now imagine what he's hearing in a female voice. "WTF!!!" He too comes to the realization of my discovery.

She certainly meant that if I followed her lead that I too will gain the same success that she attained. How? By simply following the steps of those before us. The path was laid out for anyone willing to follow. She did it to the T. She learned the script word for word and incorporated it into her being. She replicated and matched the pace and tonality of the video presentation. Her presentation was more like a possession where the company founders spirit was channelled through her.None of her words in the presentation were her own - it was scripted.

I was amazed at how simple it really was. It all boiled down to her being humble, willing to learn, having the ability to follow instruction and have the right mind set to do the "hard yards." I do not endorse MLM as it is not something I believe in but for her it worked because her heart was in it.

What I do believe in is Internet Marketing where you are rewarded for your work alone. Here at WA that proven path to success has been laid out before us by the founders Kyle and Carson. These guys have walked the walk that qualifies them to talk the talk also. Others have followed their lead and gained the same success and qualifications.

The proven path to success here at WA comes in the form of courses. Lessons that follow one after the other as you would take one step before the other when walking toward your destination. Like milk for the new born the starter course is to the newbie. As you progress learning to walk there is more advanced courses and the community is here to guide and support you.

Now back to the opening question: What does a proven path to success mean to you?
