Hey Jocelin,
I'm still new like you and have made the same mistake .I don't think it will hurt long term to change them as long as you don't keep changing and its not the domain name like 2achieve says. After a while search engines will pick up on it. Lots of trial and error sometimes.
You can always just "trash it" rewrite and repost! I've done that too! Hope this helps
That is a question that depends on several considerations.
1. Is the URL based on your Domain Name?
2. If yes... how long has it been active?
3. Has the URL been indexed?
4. Can you simply create a new URL with unique... but relative content and use anchor text links to point back?
5. Do you monetize in your URL?
These can all have influence on such a decision.
Hope this was of help...
So, if I am monetizing, does it help to repost with different keyword in url that may get more traffic?

Hi, Jocelin:
Right now I'm averaging about 600 words per post. I seem to recall in the training that we shouldn't be too concerned about the length of a post. Just write until we exhaust the content on the subject. For me, it's more about the quality of your writing more than anything else...Tom
Good to hear Tom! Yes, quality is very important to me. I believe that as we gain practice, that the blog posts will continue to improve and be better for our readers.
I just did my first blog. As I have been very busy, as an owner builder, of our new house, WA is generally on idle so I thought I better do one. I didn't even think of the number of words but as I am doing my house building saga I decided to do it in stages. So I believe just do what you are comfortable with and remember many people don't have long attention spans!
I've only got three post and four pages so far. They all average about 800 word with the least amount at around 400 and the most about 1700. I just try to write naturally and so it definitely depends on the topic.
I've done 4 posts, 1 I published and 3 I'm about to publish (since my computer is now fixed) the shortest thus far has been 1,110 words and the most has been around 1,500. Generally my topic doesn't take as much time as I do with pictures, since I take a lot of step-by-step screen shots thats what is taking me the most time.
