One post a day.
At least one post a day. That is my personal goal for my website.
It can be a short or long post, it can be advertising something or not, but I have to post something.
I've only been working on my site for about a week now, but I've already built up a decent amount of content just by posting daily (and more than once the first few days). I already know that by setting this goal I'm committing myself to this site, and so I can't just get back from a long day of work and decide I'm too tired to work on my site.
If I want my site to start making me money, first I have to treat it like a job. Most jobs I've been in you have to do some work and then you get paid, and this is no different.
Anyways, I hope everyone sets consistent goals like this for themselves (whether it's daily or weekly or something else -- whatever works), to take their (hopefully, one day) careers seriously and to commit to more than just a passing interest in this program.
