CEO Support!
The other day I had quite a serious issue. I searched the WA website for resolution but to no avail. I decided to message Kyle directly. I must admit I wasn't expecting a response, in my mind he is far too busy with more important issues.
How wrong was I?! I got a response with in a few hours and Kyle was only too happy to help me! One of nearly 1 million clients! I have worked for/with companies where the CEO's feel far too important to help the little people.
Kyle proved how important he feels we are.

I believe he has had help as well. Rich based on his activity here has likely helped behind the scenes since at least 2014/2015 since being an ambassador here before. Now he is doing just as good a job in open forum!
This blog is one of many that have extolled the helpfulness of one of our kings of the GURUs!
That is why I am balled by some of the complaints I have observed. I do not envy his job.It's got to be tough.
