I have tried a few bits and pieces of code on additional CSS, but I can't seem to get rid of it.
have you has a look at the attributes with either chrome or firefox tools to see what you need to turn off...
if you view the image you want to remove the dark filter from on your site then press f12 you get the tools within your browser and can inspect elements to see what is there...
alternatively you can try siteorigin css plugin to find and remove the filter
Thank you so much. I have attempted that now and still no easy fix. I know I have done this with other themes, so it might be just a feature of this theme. Cheers

Hi, could be your theme, I had this with one of my sites where I used a template from generate press. I needed to adjust it in customize/colors.

I had a look at those yesterday and liked a few FB pages from WA members requesting it on various posts. Nothing back as yet.

Likes won't happen over night. Have you asked your FB friends to like your fan page yet? All it takes is a few to get the "ball rolling".
I don't use a personal page. Maybe I should. Hmm. i have a few strategies for getting some Ls on fan page, but need to add some decent content there. Cheers.
