I joined just about a week ago and I must say, I'm flat amazed at what has been built here. I saw a youtube advertisement for someone else talking about Affiliate Marketing and I listened to the pitch and sat and thought about it.

Then, as I usually do, I did some research. I Googled stuff, this and that, and found WA. I looked into it and found they had the free starter membership. That wasn't enough yet, though.

The video on youtube never mentioned a price, but tried to funnel me into a class...I saw WA had classes at your own pace. The video NEVER mentioned a price, WA did, without any holding back. That is impressive in this day and age. I signed up.

Now, a week later, or so, I'm a premium member and continuing the outstanding training classes provided by our most benevolent leaders. <bow>

My niche is a little more general than what is recommended, but I have a reason for that. Upcoming websites will be laser focused, but my first is all about the sport I love. American Professional Football. So, I built a site to discuss the NFL, the League, the Teams, the Players, and occasionally, the coaches.

I figure, with a healthy following and good comments, I can build a discussion forum filled with people passionate about the NFL. Oh, and provide a lot of links to get apparel, bobbleheads, and hundreds of other products.

See, I still remember the marketing part!
