It said there were IMTP settings when I set up the email address and logged into it. Or would it just be easier to get it forwarded to a business specific email?

I would recommend creating a forward to a Web e-mail application (Yahoo, Google, etc.). This way you can view your e-mail on your mobile phone, and get your e-mail in Outlook. Microsoft Outlook has help information in the application and online that explains how to import your Yahoo or Google mail! Last time I checked, Outlook already has the server information for e-mail applications like Yahoo and Google, making the whole process absolutely painless!
