You do not know what true happiness is until you have the self-awareness to discover your destiny. Your sub-conscious thoughts are more powerful than the conscious thoughts you follow. Furthermore, it is your sub-conscious that holds your memories.

Make it a celebration. Ever look back into your memories both good and bad, and say I am grateful? You should, up to this point your past believe it or not frames your emotions and character. Moreover, it is the basis of the person you are today. Now, I know you are probably saying "duh." However, this holds true only if you have no control of "who" you are.

Unless caused by outside forces beyond ones control, you created your circumstances. Moreover, your past if not acknowledged blinds you of knowing your "why." Is that why when one visits a therapist the question that always arises is; "tell me about your life growing up?"

Even in life itself, the quote to live by is; "Remember the history or you are bound to repeat the past." One can alter their emotions and build on their character. Simply look internally with reason and belief in oneself. Have no comfort zone and stay positive. Celebrate your past, It can be the fuel to happiness.

Happy Holliday, Birthday, New Year, Halloween is all good. However, lets say "Happy Everyday." Celebrate your life while you can. The message here is; "to open your mind, grow personally, economically and to discover your purpose in life." One not only has to recognize, but also dissect their past.

Whenever you are full of negativity, find something positive within it, it is there.See, one will know what steps to take, and avoid when moving forward when their past is clearly defined. Remember everything happens for a reason. Make your life a celebration.
