Sure, if you are comfortable with Wordpress to do that at this point, however if you just follow the training they will show you how to do that as you progress through the lessons. Just follow the steps as they are given to you and don't jump ahead and everything will come together.
No worries. I have to reign myself in and not jump forward too. I caught myself jumping a few steps a few days ago. We all need the reminder once in a while.
