Where will i find answers?

I don't want this to be a long blog, i will try my best to K-I-S-S. First of all, thank you all WA community who have been helpful and supportive especially to the newbies like me. The internet marketing world is really wide and complex for most newbies and i am sincerely grateful for the support .

Now my problem is, sometimes i feel like my questions disappear in the sea of inquiries or gets ignored and i never get answers when i need them. Or maybe its the time zone difference that makes my queries disappear not to? I don't know. This is very frustrating especially if you need to complete some tasks before moving on.

I have tried severally in the live chat but looks like i get there at the wrong time or nobody logged in at that moment knows what Enter your own correction... talking about lol!

So, some tips for newbies, before asking at the live chat and be frustrated waiting for a response like what happened to me severally before i knew this, most, but not all answers can be found at :-

1. Search button at the top left of your screen.
2. Classroom. Click on training on the left menu on your screen and it appears at the bottom. There you can choose a topic you have questions about and see if they have your answers. If you don't find your answers here, then it is time to run to 3.
3. Help center at the bottom left below your profile. There you will find the coaches and Top helpers of the day and you can send private messages.
   

Meanwhile, live chat is also great when you are lucky to find people who are familiar with your problems. There is great and prompt help there too but you can check out the above as you hope for a response from someone in the live chat.

Dear OGs, i understand that you are busy, and i appreciate the help you give us newbies. Just a kind reminder that It is really nice and appreciated when you link someone to where they can find the answers if you can't answer them instead of passing leaving us hanging/ stuck on one task for ages.lol.
