Thanks Ken, the problem was the wrong choice of the theme I was working with. I changed the theme and I got sorted.

Hey, Joseph, happy Saturday to you. If you are adding a picture in a post, for example, if you left-click the image, a selection screen appears - align left, center, right, add a custom URL (pencil image), or a deletion "X". With the Pencil image makes your picture clickable to do any action you desire.
