Animation Niche Has Exploded | Got 61 Subscribers in Less Than 28 Days!
Hey WA Fam
I just had to share this with you because in the last 28 days my YouTube channel gained +61 new subscribers, 19.3K views, and all I’ve been posting are YouTube short
And here’s the fun part: I only started posting YT Shorts the last few days because I spotted a trend.
How it all started
In one of the WAbinar on Pinterest Jay advised, “Check the Top Trending in Pinterest Analytics.” So I did. And I found that Animated Videos blowing up - not just in kids’ cartoons, but in wellness, money tips, productivity hacks, recipes… you name it.
That got me thinking: If animated videos are getting this much attention on Pinterest, why not try them on YouTube Shorts?
So I made a few. Posted them daily. Kept it simple. And the numbers started climbing. You can see in the chart that I haven’t even reached the one-month mark yet.

Why animated videos work across ANY niche
I guess animated shorts work for absolutely any topic. You can explain a breathing technique ,break down a money habit in finance, show a quick recipe in food content, or give a playful parenting tip.
With today’s AI tools, the process is so simple that you don’t need animation skills or expensive software. You can use Sora or any other AI tool.
The takeaway
Why not try animated shorts for your niche?
Whether you talk about healing, gardening, finance, recipes, or parenting.
With AI tools doing the hard work, there's really nothing to lose - at worst, you’ve created something fun, and at best, you’ve found a format that could take your reach to the next level.
So just give it a try and see what happens:)

Thanks for sharing your experience. It sounds like worthy of trying. I'll like to give it a trial to boast my channel too. Thank you.
Yes, you are right. I have tested 10 or more video makers and I have found one that does both shorts and longer videos if needed. It is certainly worth the small effort to put in a few descriptions of what you want and get a video that is amazing.
I have a music site and a site about cabin living and my video maker does a great job with either of them.
I am glad you have found your AI videos to be so successful.
Mike
Thanks Mike, some people suggest adding your long-form video link when posting a YouTube Short, that way you can boost the longer video you want more views on.
It’s a smart way to get more traffic to your main content.
Hi Dave....Like I mentioned, I have tested at least 10 different video makers and even the one that Chat GPT suggests is not as good as this one. It is called Invideo and if you put the Google search bar: ai.invideo, they will come up.
(I promise this is not an affiliate link as we do not do this here). They have a free version so you can test it out.
For instance, if I put in the test box: "Produce a 2 minute video about how to protect your cabin from wildlife" They will produce a nice video. I am not sure, but in the upgraded version they will give you the option to create the video for Instagram or YouTube of Facebook. Also in the upgraded version, they give you 40 credits and a ton of other options.
If you ask to produce the video with no credits used. they will do that. I have never had to pay extra for credits. These guys, in my opinion, are by far the best.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
I hope this helps,
Mike
Thank You Mike!
I've heard of Invideo. I will definitely check it out. I checked out Sora that Jivita is using but, I will have to learn how to use it as I tried to create a video and ended up with 4 separate quadrants with 2 being just images and 2 less than 5 sec videos that didn't follow my prompt very well. I may be giving too much detail and confusing Sora.
Thank You again Mike!
Hey Dave, Yes, Sora is not a good one in my opinion. I had trouble with it too. If you have something to explain to people, 5 seconds is not enough obviously. Sometimes you can make it go to 10 or 20 seconds but not usually.
The one I suggested did not use to be as good as it is now. It is one of the first to come out but they have really upped their game. I will never go anywhere else.
Thanks, Dave

Good morning Jivita,
The sounds great, Jivita, well done for trying something a little bit different. I must admit, YouTube shorts is something that I haven't really tested out on YouTube yet, but maybe I need to.
Out of interest, what software did you use to create the animations and do you have linked to Jay's video, please?
Have a great day and keep up the good work.
Roy
