Yes there are many blogs, videos and classrooms available here about all aspects of PPC, I personally have not yet covered this topic so I am unable to post a link to the most relevant one for your situation. You can do a search and loads will appear. Hope I have helped in some way. Sorry I couldn't help more.
I want to double the size of one of the banners and still have a clear image.
Depending on the resolution of your image, you can make it larger in photoshop or another editing software. Making a jpg larger is very risky and I wouldn't recommend it if you want a clear picture. Of course this is all dependent on the original resolution.
Off the top of my head I don't think the banners supplied here at WA will hold a clear picture when enlarging them, especially by double.
You will have to test it and let me know though :)
