Scheduling is a very individual thing and depends on each persons circumstances. I try to schedule a minimum of an hour a day when I am working and 2-4 hours on a day when I'm not working.

Hi Jill. At the start I made a long list of things I needed to do and then divided them into new lists - high priority jobs and low priority jobs.
Focus your time on the high priority tasks and you will see progress being made.
