Just wondering if it will be worth it and if anyone here has had success with them?
Are facebook ads worth doing to help me get to my goals?

Hi jgbakerjr. I guess it depends. I have paid to have ads posted in Facebook, however, nothing came of it. Now, I just post information, including my WA affiliate link in my Facebook pages, groups, and posts. This latter approach seems to work much better. That is my limited experience. Others may have had a very different result.

do i need to insert keywords into every post for google to find me or is tittle enough?
Just put your keyword in the title, the first 140 characer spaces of your content and one more time near the end of your content. That is it! You do not need to place it anywhere else.
For more information you can check out this training here which contains a video from Google on he last page that explains why you should not pay attention to the kewords meta ag. How to Improve Website Ranking - 1: How to Use Keywords
so in the space on the edit page, in the title fill that in as well as the keywords spot with the same thing?
The SEO plugin uses the title of your post automatically :) with the description they use the first few words automatically. So you can change them if you want, but you don't have too.
With keywords, you wanna always add them in.
You never should add kewords into he keywords meta tag. Google has said for years not to pay attention to the kewords meta tag because they and every other search engine do not pay attention to them anymore.
Plus WordPress now will automatically place post tags into the kewords meta tag. So you should definitely not be putting anything in there now.
You are welcome. And no worries, many people are told the same old rehashed information that was true several years ago but changed a few years back.
Yeah, it would be better if you did. Make your posts around keywords, but use your keywords evenly don't force keywords in just to get better SEO ranking.
