How To Remove White Space Below Menu On Wordpress

Hello,
I am having an issue with my site on wordpress. I am trying to get rid of the extra white space that appears below the menu. I can't seem to get rid of it. I am using the Ryan theme along with the Elementor plugin. Anyone have any feedback on this? Below is an image of what i am referring to.

I believe you have to go into your appearance tab and header?? Were you able to figure it out yet?

Yea for some reason there is no options to remove the extra space. There was a title there but I removed it, so now there is extra space lol...its sooo frustrating.
