Congrats on your rank and awesome post!
According to my free estimation you'll be in Top 3 within 2-3 weeks:)
Nah, I doubt that Vesna, but thank you for that awesome compliment. The higher you rank, the harder it is to move.
And honestly, it doesn't matter to me. I'm just happy to be in the Top 10, since it's a symbol that my help to others is working.
Carol, thank you for your consistent support and reading my posts. YOU are greatly appreciated by me!
Thank you Glen, I enjoy that you shared some of your experiences with the Tibetan monks. I greatly appreciate your kind words. See you hopefully on the next post!
That's a great list, Kaju. Congratulations. You deserve it. I am somewhat bummed, however, that there is not a secret sauce.
Pablo - The "secret sauce" only the Almighty clown to right of you (who is staring at you) knows
"Don't think about your rank".... yeah, good luck with that one!
Thinking about your rank is not a " bad" thing and no one should feel guilty about wanting to improve their rank....the "secret" is to not let it consume you.
So...what do you think, Kaju...was that "compelling enough?
Ah, come on Veronica, don't be like that...you're next and you are GREAT, you certainly don't need my help getting there.
But if you need me, I'm there for you.
Okay, as you say "don't let your rank consume you" would certainly be compelling enough.
You can promote yourself Kaju Since the top 2 are off limits, you are really n the top 8!
Your work on this post is outstanding!
Thank You Mike! You inspire me. You are one of the best I learn from.
I really wanted write this as an offer for others to do the same and succeed.
Love it, Jason! Thanks! Funny I just told someone else here I wanted to put their comment on a plaque. Yours should be the second (although I'm sure it already has been "plaqued" somewhere).
Throw that plaque up for sale on your website and I'll buy it ;)
Here's that label just for fun...

Great post Kaju, it took a bit of time to put together this post, very interesting points, a couple begged the question but it is commendable.
My question; what is the benefit of a high ranking?
I assume that ranking reflects your activity here on WA. Posting, participating and sharing freely increases your rank.
I ask the question because I am thinking, that unless WA is my source of income, the more time spend here on WA activities the less time can spend..., you know where?.
I commend your efforts but I don't see the value in ranking
high because I want to help everyone. Especially when rand don't stick, it takes work to maintain a rank.
You are so right "don't think rank, think, think, and think
..
Right now to my knowledge, Tony there really is no monetary benefit in rank, if that's what you mean. There was a hint by Kyle on one of his posts, in the future that this may change.
Rank, for the reason of helping others by "paying it forward" is something encouraged here at WA. However, it is a measure of activity. It is NOT an indication of financial success. Nor have I ever attributed such an outrageous claim under false pretenses.
The reason I wrote this post was to share with others the things that may be working for me, so that it may work or them. "Working" means sharing information and helping others,
Here is what I have always believed:, Always give more than you receive without expecting anything in return. And when you do this sincerely, guess what often happens? Folks offer you valuable knowledge by their own volition to apply to your own business in return.
I truly believe most people want to help because they are good.
Ranking to me just means that I may be doing something right, I'm helping others. This was meant to inspire others to do the same, nothing more.
Great, thanks the question came to mind and I asked. Point taken
