A really informative post again, Kaju. I have to admit I have neither used CANVA nor have I got an Instagram account. But reading your post, I have come to the decision that I should have a closer look at both. I think I might wait for your training on this first but I completely agree that with the available social media templates and free image program option, the Instagram account will be much more attractive. So I look forward to your training, Kaju.
I am liking the Instagram thing, after resisting this for so long, Sammy. I now look forward to post everyday to build up engagement! Thank You, and the training will be up soon!

The way Support explains it is that somehow (either by a recipient marking an email as spam or my provider marking an email I send as spam and sending a notification to the WA server) the account gets flagged for spam and shut down. It does not have anything to do with the actual email content they tell me.
This is the 3rd time it has happened to me and Support just has to restart the email agent I believe but this can take several days. They say they are making some changes to this so if it happens you won't need to contact Support to fix it.
Anyway it is annoying and shouldn't take so long to fix.
Yep, its the new UX alright. This is unacceptable and happening way too much lately to different people here. They really need to get these bugs fixed ASAP!
The past 3 days too many people are complaining engagement has been down (on my posts and training too), now I get it; they aren't receiving their email notifications! Check out my latest question. There are others like yourself.

Thanks Rick, it is my pleasure. And thank you also for that great compliment. Instagram is very useful and Canva works perfectly with it in tandem.
I am enjoying sharing my method of exploration with the community, and the style of the training will be similar.

Instagram is a great social media platform, and is only 2nd to Facebook in number of users with 800,000,000+. But Instagram currently is definitely the more "hip" Social media platform these days, and is more relevant with younger people.
