Yes, it didn't have the image that I saw before installing it. Do you know why?
Unfortunately, they don't. The 'theme gallery' has images just to show how the theme will look when you have fixed it. Meaning that you have to add your own images.
How about the layout? How can I ensure that I insert the photo and content as per the layout shown before installing it?
Your theme has the specific framework that you saw, so the picture will be placed as in the example.
There should be some layout options though under 'customize'.
Go to your Dashboard-Appearance-Customize.

Hi Jessie, hows things going? If you look at your website editor there should be a toolbar toggle, when u press this another layer will open underneath which will show a big A icon, this is where you can change the colours, your second question I believe that shows you what u can do but won't preload with what u see when u get their. Its really just an example of how everything could look. Failing that ask the community and then take it from their, sorry I cant be much help but their should be someone who knows, alternatively their might even be some instruction on this subject. Use the search bar in the WA platform
