Feeling positive and rearing to go

Hi guys

I am out of my down time.....YAY!!!!! just needed a bit of exercise and some sunshine and like exercise this is a lifetime commitment that i have made and rome was not built in 1 day and i will definately reap the benefits of all my efforts.....what i have done??? I have put a sticky on my pc  saying WINNERS DONT QUIT AND QUITTERS DONT WIN!!! and that is what i am going to live by and when i fall into that down time again i will just allow myself a day (no longer than that) to just relax and revitalise and then move forward the next day....

So what i actually did was while i was working out i had a pen and a paper at hand and i started writing all my ideas down for my articles so now i just have to write the articles....it worked so well!!!!

So i was killing 2 birds with 1 stone!!!! So everyday while i workout, it will also be my article content idea time....GREAT!!!!
