I forgot how fun it is to do WA regularly

My biggest struggle with WA is doing it consistently (same with noveling, come to think of it), especially since my schedule keeps changing every few months. As I need income to pay off old business debts, my main efforts have to go towards immediate income first.

To that end I became a freelance writer, ghost-writing my client's first two fantasy novels in her series. But now for the summer she needs to take a break. I'm so glad that I was able to negotiate still doing five hours a week for planning, research and prep time, just enough to pay my monthly obligations. In a couple of months she'll have me working the full 25-28 hours a week again as I tackle Book 3.

I know I've completely manifested this - I was wanting a break from the intense creative work I was doing. I realized this is my chance to devote extra time and energy to WA training and working on my blogs - my affiliate coffee site and my author site (for which I'm using the tools here).

Summer is the best time for me (energetically) to start new things, and yesterday I started my new block schedule, spending my best time - my Morning Work Block - towards WA training and blogging. I had so much fun, I forgot how much fun doing the WA training is and learning new things. I'm also adding an email list to my author site, and on a recommendation by a prolific entrepreneur I'm trying out GetResponse.

I also want to learn how to belt out a 1,000-word blog post in a much shorter time. Currently it takes me an hour or two per post, but if I'm going to get 200 posts on each blog, I need to get them out faster.

Learning new things is something I've always loved, hence my first novel which is a novel plus a Potions Class Textbook and puzzle workbook all in one.

Shout out to my WA Mentor, Kyle from Kyle's Blog (not the owner of WA), who's now enjoying a month in Thailand because of his success here at WA. His lifestyle is motivating me and I love how he sends out regular emails (but not too many).

Wow! Ghost writing, that's awesome! It is fun to learn new things and the well will never run dry here at WA! This platform is a wealth of information, it never stops. Keep forging ahead.

I appreciate your post. Transition to be home and work strictly from home is my dream job. Life changes for us all and there isn't much that can be done for me I want to make residual income and being here at WA has been amazing so far and I am going to absorb all I can just by learning and sharing. I will make time to be on WA as much as I can be. I am excited to hear how everything turns out for you... I hope to get a book or two written as well. I have a lot to share.
Blessings,
Sherriel

Love your post Jerilyn, I can relate to this completely. I gave up my job to do WA, and started my own business supporting and providing IT services to local businesses. When I left my day job, I already had secured a client and a monthly retainer, this then became two clients. I now earn a modest monthly income in my IT business....but this is not my goal. My goal is all things WA, and I have that busy I struggle to find time for all things WA. So I plan also to dedicate some time daily if possible and hammer out posts etc just like you have. Thank you as you have given more renewed inspiration to work on WA and be successful.

Best of luck to you,
Tim

Awesome and thanks for your comment. I was actually considering (if my job had kept going) hiring writers to write a bunch of my coffee posts. But then I realized I need to pay them between $30-$100/post. So now I'm doing that work myself, so it's like I'm virtually making that money (or saving that money) - those posts will one day turn into income.

great post!! and a motivation to me. I have been working my two jobs this week, along with dealing with lots of money stresses and worries. So have been too exhausted to even start writing. Like you, I love it when I do. I really enjoy the training researching and writing.

Lets hope we can both fit it in our crazy lives : )

Absolutely - and encouraging each other too. :)
