If only there was more time in a day? I believe that's something we've all said at one time or another. Well I've been working on a few ways to save some time.

1. Cook (bake) and Freeze Dinner (except for the veggies) for a whole week (I prefer Saturday). I like fresh vegetable so when I'm heating up the cooked meat I've thawed I'll just steam my veggies at the same time so heating up dinner will take about 15 - 20 minutes. (Add a little water to the meat and it'll heat up faster).

2. You can keep a grocery list going with a magnetic board and marker on the frig. As you run out of items just add them to your list. By the time you get ready to go to the grocery store your list is already made.

3. Avoid shopping during rush hour if you want to avoid the crowds. Best times are from about 9am - 2pm and 8pm - morning ( I included the 24 hour stores).
