How to Handle Negative Reviews

Hey all my fellow WAers!

I hope everyone is having a great WA day!! Lately I have been receiving tons of great advice and helpful tips for E-commerce website owners, as I recently signed up to receive some specific newsletters and Website digital magazines.

With that being said, I am not far enough into my website buiding yet to reap the benefits from all of this newfound knowledge, so I created a folder within my email platform entitled Website Help so that I can go back to these when I need them.

Today there was an article in one that caught my attention before I placed it into the folder, so I read it. It gives some fanatastic advice on how to handle negative reviews, so although I'm not quite there yet I figured many of you are and would enjoy receiving this information:
