SiteSpeed Issues, Please Help
Google page speed insights is giving me the following errors:
Eliminate Render blocking resources
Remove unused CSS
Remove unused Javascript
In each, it shows that the error has to do with my header. I have been struggling with this error for a while now, trying different plugins etc. I don't know how to fix this, can someone help please?
I have included screen shots showing the errors.

Hi Jenny, what are the plugins that you are using. There may be a conflicting issue. Seems Marion did a speed test on your site and it was good. Resolving the errors you are getting are the main focus. How long have you had this problem, is there anything you changed or added to your site, ie: a plugin.

I have been at this for 2 months now! Switching out plugins to try to fix, and each time I get different results, sometimes worse.
Hi Jenny, I hope you do not mind but I sent a PM to Chrystopher, I totally admire this person, and his extensive knowledge. I will be waiting for a response from him. If you already know him I am sure he will be able to help you out. If you can send him a screenshot of your errors I am sure this will help. In the meantime I will be searching for ways for you to correct these errors. Two months is a long time.

Thank you Michael, I really appreciate your help. I feel like I can’t move on with writing until I get this solved. I’m sure it’s a simple fix possibly but I am not a technical person and I don’t want to mess something up.

Thanks for checking my speed.
I keep getting the same errors in google page speed, in regards to the header and I don’t know how to fix it.
My speed in GT metrix is over 3 seconds to load, and in google my mobile is in the 80’s, but changes each time.

I am so happy I saw your link and checked my 3 websites.
My new site of May 2020 is A99, 6.2KB, 1.03 ms, 4 requests.
My 2 sister sites, both from beginning 2017, same theme, layout etc are both A99, 6.2KB, 4 requests and one is on 113 ms and 487 ms.
The speed monster which bothered me so much during these years is gone.

Google is telling my page load times for mobile are veryslow, But when checked with Pingdom they are fine.
I assume it's ok to just ignore Google Page Speed Insights now?

Try a manual check on a mobile device to see what real people are experiencing. Sometimes the mobile version is very different from the desktop version.

Where Google page speed insites are listing me in the red, very slow, the pages are loading very quickly on my mobile, even after cookies are deleted.
So, it seems that there is no problem with my site.

Well, your post made my day or even the rest of 2020. I started in January 2017 one year before you did, and this speed issue has followed me ever since.
I checked with the link Marion provided and a heavy stone has fallen off me. From now on I will only use that tool as now, After such a long time I see my websites are doing just fine.
