It’s time to stop focusing on what is missing or wrong in your life. And, start to focus on being more grateful for all the little things that you have accomplished and all the parts that you are still working on, because life is just to darn short.

And time is something that we can never get back, so don't waste it.

I know I am not perfect, and each of us have our own combination of flaws and struggles that’s what makes us all unique, we are all different and special in our own ways, & we all have our own problems.

I just want you to know that you are not alone, there is hope & you will get through whatever it is you are going through in life.

But no matter how hard things are, always make sure you rise the next morning, and think of what a precious privilege it truly is to be a live & breathing...

Here are 5 simple practices you can do each & every day to be more gratful!

1. Open your eyes, you are alive and breathing!!

2. Grab a pen & paper and write down all of the postive things that happende in your day.

3. Start slow, wake up a little earlier don't rush out the door. Listen to something that uplifts you.

4. Change your tone, focus on the postive, talk positively & you will experience good vibes in your life rather than negitive.

5. life is short, don't waste it.
