You Forgot?

Has anyone here ever experienced getting ready to write something, full of ideas and words to fill an article, got ready with SiteContent, and then unable to write a single word?

As my 4 year old nephew put it, "You forgot?", haha!

I guess I need to always have paper and pen or phone attached to my body to scribble anything that suddenly comes to mind!

2018 is fast approaching. Looking forward to a great new year, accomplished goals, a better person within, better decisions, better habits, more love, and abundant blessings!

Wishing the same for the entire community!

All the best,
Jenni

I forget some thoughts which are on the tip of my something (tongue).

1

It usually happens to me as well, lol! :)

That happens to me sometimes as I'm falling asleep. I think I'll remember in the morning those thoughts I had, but they must have run away in my dreams. Good idea to jot it down! Saw your post about your website, so decided to follow you. Have a blessed New Year!

Thanks Lyn, I'm so excited about this since it's a new platform for me. As I accomplish step by step each tasks, I feel excited and happy and I can't hide it! : D And one more good thing about WA, the community is always there to offer assistance. :) All the best!

WA has a really great community. :)

Using a notebook is a great way to keep track of scribbles...

Yes, that happens for sure! What to do? I keep a running journal (old style paper and pen) next to my work area at all times to jot down ideas etc. That does help a bit...

If nothing else, I start looking at what is going on in the niches I am working (i.e. FB, forums, online magazines, etc.) to get some ideas...

I also use Google Alerts and daily get updates on what is happening in the niches...That is interesting and gives me ideas...Still, that total blank thing does come up once in a while!

Cheers!

I'm more into paper and pen as well. Thanks Dave!

I do it all the time, especially at 53 haha. I did get in the habit of texting myself when I thought of stuff to write or even better I use Todoist. The app syncs on all my devices. Damo

Thanks Damo!

I know what you mean.Try keeping a small portable tape recorder handy. You can use this any where as long as your not driving.

1

Hmm, that's a very good idea. :D I can just put it just inside my pocket and use anytime. Thank you for this!

May this be a great year of freestyle writing and happiness Jenni!

So much to learn about writing Michael. :)

Keeping something on you to jot down ideas is a great idea! When i wrote music, i usually could not sit there and just force myself to think; lines that i thought were clever would come to me and i was sure to jot them down before i forgot them. Soon enough, i would have enough lines to create an entire verse. Writers block will hit most of us, but you have a great idea. Just let yourself tap into your creative mind, and let the ideas come. Youll do great!!

1

Yes, will surely do. Thanks for this. :)

1

Of course! :)

I can't tell you how many times I have done this. I now make sure to write everything down for future reference.

Then I just have to remember where I wrote it.

1

Haha! Now that's another headache, remembering where you wrote it! :)
