Google Authorship
Several weeks ago I crated a google authorship for my website. In the training Kyle gives you a way to test it to see if it works. I did that and it worked, my picture was next to it. My question is when I do a keyword search and find my website I do not see my picture next to it. Does it just not show up when I search for it? Today I did an incognito search using google chrome to see where my website was ranking (First page towards the end!! YEAH) but even then I didn't see my picture next to my site. Does this mean I didn't do it right? I know he said it would take a while to show up, but it has been probably 2-3 weeks. Does it take that long? I am just not sure if I was doing it right. Any help would be appreciated!!
My site is http://goattyingtips.com. Some key words I used to search was goat tying tips, goat tying dismount, goat tying string.

Google is now "selective" with it's authorship and which listings it shows authorship markup with (the image beside). This is based on your authority within Google and your history with Google.
Some of your content will get authorship rankings, whereas others will just get normal rankings (without he image). This is completely up to Google and how they index your page and how they rank it.

And you can see it there, it is set-up correct. Other than that, just keep creating awesome content. Over time as you build authority you will only get more and more rankings with authorship associated with them.
