I want to build a build a new website and have all the pages completed before publishing it. I am not sure what domain name I am going to use so I thought I would build it in si

Yes you can build the entire website before you publish.
As you add or make changes to your pages above the
publish button there is a button that says Save As Draft.
Click that one until you are ready.

Hi Ken,
Thank you for the answer. As I go through building it am I able to see all of the pages on the screen when I save them as a draft or can I only see each page individually?

You will only see the page you are working on Jeff.
You can see them all in your Dashboard under pages.

Hi Ken,
Ok that will work. Thanks again for the help. Have a Great Day!

You are welcome. Have an Awesome day Jeff

Hello Ken ,

How can I make my site available for viewing over the Internet. I'm practising to write my first site. I believe I've published it. But when I give URL to 2 of my friends, both of them said they coul only see the WA homepage and asking them for login credentials. Not sure if I've done anything wrong or omitted anything. Appreciate if you can give me hints. Here's my site: http://cleanandhealthliving.siterubix.com/

Look forward to hearing from you.

Alex

Alex, If this is your site. It works just fine.

Hello,

On a couple affiliate sites I have tried using the link builder and am running into a problem. The code which is generated does not start with http. For example her

Watch the video from Marine Mom, and it'll show you towards the end. But you just need the stuff between the quotes. Start with http and end with whatever is at the end of the link, but NOT including the end quotes.

The full code should be placed in the text editor (also explained in the video)

Hi Nathan,

Thank you for the quick response

Here is great information that was put together by Nathaniell that will help you out! Do not know who you are an affiliate with but I would not delete anything from a code for the same reason you talk about.

Hi Donna,

Thank you for the video link.. It helped

Hello,I have a question about what pages to put affiliate links in. Kyle has mentioned a few times not to put affiliate links on every page. In my site http://wineluver.com/ the

You can put affiliate links on review pages to start with. That's the easiest way to start doing it in my opinion. Have you got to Level 3 in the training yet? That's where Kyle teaches stuff about the affiliate part of your website.

Normally what I do is create 1 review page, then a few blog posts to link back to that page. I demonstrate this idea in this training:

Hi Nathan,

Thank you. I will watch the video.

Hi Nathan,

I watched the videos and I think it answered my question. Can you please confirm that when Kyle says on the videos not to put affiliate links on each page that he defines each post as a page. I was thinking a page is a category such as on your xBrewx site you have Home, blog, recipes, crafy beer and breweries and I thought each of those was a page and that only one of them should have the links on it.

I am at Course 4 Lesson 2 in the training. I think I will finish the training and go through it again as I think Im missing some things.

There really is no specific rule of what works and what doesn't, but the lessons are set up the way they are to give you a set of guidelines. I have category pages set up on xbrewx, but you don't need those if you don't want.

For the difference between posts and pages, check this training: Really, all you need is basic navigation set up how you like it, then you can focus on creating blog posts each week. Consistent content creation is really what we're looking to accomplish here.

Hi Nathan,

Thank you for the video link. I will watch it.
