Google Has Found My New Website
Hello WA Family
How is everyone doing this week? I would love to hear what you are up too with your new projects. My newest website has been found by Google, that means all my hard work is beginning to pay off finally.
New Website Average Ranking
I am extremely happy with my average ranking of 59.0, now that includes 36 pages and my articles combined. It is a good start for a new website, now I must focus on writing and publishing more articles to keep Google happy.
Senior-Friendly
My websites are all going to be senior-friendly, this is my target audience I am working to help. With my main website this has been a very good niche for me, so I decided to concentrate on helping older adults with more than just preparing for their retirement.
Affiliate Networks
So far none of the affiliate networks has approved me, I only have a couple more I am waiting to hear from. That is a bummer for sure, but my new plan will be to search for individual programs that fit my niche.
Affiliate Programs
Despite my dislike for Amazon's low commissions for affiliates, I am forced right now to make it my only program to promote on my new site. So I am only promoting WA & Amazon until I find some other programs to add besides Amazon.
Main Website
My main website is promoting only WA at this time, I have made this more of an educational website for seniors preparing for retirement income. I mention WA in most of my articles casually with a call to action button or text link.
This is giving me steady traffic to WA, even though only one referral upgraded I am staying positive.
2nd Wevbsite
My 2nd website is focusing more on seniors personal needs with products and resources, I have included a guides & tutorial page for just one example. I have 36 pages created on this site, this I hope is not going to give me any problems in the future.
All my pages have content, and most of them have Amazon links on them now. I still have one page to add links to, and setup my contact/newsletter page.
That is my progress so far with my two websites, I will be adding one more senior-friendly website in the near future. My goal is to have all three of my websites completed with traffic by the start of the new year.

Doing well Jeff, thanks for asking!
Went and looked at a house for my in-laws today, they are contemplating moving to our town, so we will have 3 elderly people (all in their middle to upper 80's) in town to take care of. Haha.

Family should help one another whenever they can. Some families are not close today as they were in the past.

You are extremely dedicated to your family, that is the way it should be. My family isn't like that at all, I take care of my mother but we rarely see or hear from the rest of our family.

Hi Jeff,
Not a lot of gift buying any more around here. We vacation in Cabo every year, so that's kind of our gift to each other. We will get my mom something and the littles (actually it's little, there's only one currently, haha), but that's it.

I don't buy for many people either any more just my mom. Its not about the gifts, it is spending time with your family and friends that matters once we become adults.

I have a 28 year old, a 37 and a 40 year old. All boys!
I haven't spent a lot of time with Christmas stuff, life has been quite busy for the last year, for both of us.
Regardless, I am extremely grateful for who and what I have in my life!

I didn't realize that you had 3 sons so old, I also have 3 grown up sons as welll. My youngest is 37 and my olderst is 45.

Yes, the larger sized family keeps us busy. Plus I still have a day job, which keeps me very busy!
We are getting prepared for a little holiday time off and spending time with family and friends. Looking forward to getting some time with two of the three of my boys.

Its nice that you are able to see and spend time with your sons, I don't often see or hear from m sons. They don't respond to my phone messages or texts, it is a shame but that just is how it is for me these days.

I am happy that your family stays close and in touch with one another like a family should, that is not the case today with many famiies.

I also have 2 websites right now. I have 33 post on the first one and only 13 articles on the 2nd which is quite new. I have only 3 affiliate links on my articles. Yes, one of them is Amazon. It is quite easy to get their link.I just need some purchases from them though 🤔 MAC.
