Best Free Email Newsletter Service
You might be asking yourself, what is the best free email newsletter service, I have been asking myself this question as well. Let us see what I found out for you from my research, I love to share my research with you in my posts.
Best Free Service to Send Email Newsletters
Here are some good options to consider
Sendinblue Provides unlimited contacts and up to 300 emails per day on the free plan. Also has marketing automation features.
Benchmark Email Free plan lets you have up to 2,000 subscribers and send unlimited emails. Good automation and signup form options.
Sender Simple free plan that allows 15,000 emails per month to 2,500 subscribers. Basic email builder and templates.
MailerLite Up to 1,000 subscribers and 12,000 emails/month on the free plan. Easy drag-and-drop editor.
HubSpot While known for sales/marketing, HubSpot has a capable free email marketing tool with decent templates.
Most free plans limit advanced features like A/B testing, autoresponders, etc. But they allow you to get started building an email list. I'd recommend Sendinblue to begin with based on their feature sets for affiliates. Always review anti-spam policies as well.
Why Sendinblue
I recommended Sendinblue's free newsletter service as one of the top options for a few key reasons
- Sendinblue's free plan allows you to send up to 300 emails per day with no monthly limits. This is more generous than many competitors for those just starting with email marketing for an affiliate site.
- Unlike some other freemium services, Sendinblue does not cap the number of subscriber contacts you can have on the free plan. This gives flexibility as your email list grows.
- While basic, Sendinblue includes some marketing automation capabilities like simple workflow builders and automated email series even on their free tier. This can be valuable for affiliate marketing campaigns.
- You get access to Sendinblue's signup form builder tool to easily embed opt-in forms on your affiliate website and capture emails.
- There are plenty of mobile-responsive email templates included to give your affiliate newsletters a professional look without coding.
- Sendinblue has robust delivery infrastructures and anti-spam measures to ensure your emails don't get flagged as spam.
The free plan does lack more advanced functionality like A/B testing, but it covers a lot of ground for affiliate marketers needing a free newsletter service that can scale. The unlimited contacts and decent automation make it a versatile choice.
Final Thoughts
Here are a few final thoughts on using Sendinblue's free newsletter service for your affiliate website
Pros
- The generous daily email sending limit of 300 emails gives you good capacity to start building your email list without hitting restrictions too quickly.
- The unlimited contact storage means you don't have to worry about pruning your list as it grows over time.
- The built-in sign-up form tools make it easy to capture new email subscribers directly on your affiliate site.
- The email builder and templates allow you to create professional-looking newsletters to promote your affiliate offers.
- The basic email automation features let you set up automated sequences like welcome/onboarding sequences for new subscribers.
Potential Drawbacks
- The free plan lacks more advanced functionality like A/B testing, advanced analytics, and certain integrations that may become necessary later.
- You'll have the "Sendinblue" branding on all emails you send through the free plan.
- There are limits on things like dedicated IP addresses on the free tier.
Sendinblue's free offering provides a robust set of email marketing tools at no cost, which makes it a great choice for affiliate marketers just starting to build an email list. As your needs grow, you can explore upgrading to one of their paid tiers down the road. The free plan gives you ample capabilities to begin capturing subscribers and promoting your affiliate products/services via email newsletters.
Any feedback or comments are encouraged, maybe you prefer a different choice, or can share your own experience using Sendinblue?
I hope you find this helpful,
Jeff

Thank you for sharing these, Jeff. I use Aweber. I had been using the pay version and when I went back to the free version I really noticed the difference. But I am getting used to the limitations. Sometimes it is better not to know what you're missing! I may look into Sendinblue. Thanks again for sharing.

Hello, Vic
Thank you for reading my post on the best free email newsletter service, I don't know if Sendinblue will connect to Mailchimp.
Do you know if you insert affiliate links in Mailchimp newsletters they will ban you.
Jeff
Hello Vic
Yeah, many affiliate marketers have been locked out from their account on Mail Chimp for inserting affiliate links. You will lose all of your subscribers when that happens.
I am happy that I shared that with you,
Jeff
