can I still access WA themes for my published site?
Sure. Themes can always be found under your dashboard>appearance>themes. Just click on add new and you can browse through thousands of choices.

can I still access WA themes for my published site?
Perhaps this has to do with your internet connection? I know there were a few hiccups on the server end today inside WA, so perhaps it's a WA thing. Are you seeing other websites slow as well?
