Great Breakfast Smoothie
On my quest to eat healthy I foundthese recipes I would like to share with you.
Strawberry Oatmeal Breakfast Smoothie
Ingredients Serves 2
1 cup soy milk,
1⁄2 cup rolled oats,
1 banana, broken into chunks
14 frozen strawberries,
1⁄2 tsp vanilla extract,
1 1⁄2 tsp white sugar,

In a blender, combine soy milk, oats,banana and strawberries. Add vanilla and sugar if desired. Blend until smooth.Pour into glasses and serve.. Calories 236
Skinny Blackberry BananaSmoothie
Serving size: 1 smoothie
Ingredients
1 small banana
1 cupblackberries, fresh or frozen
1 cupunsweetened vanilla almondmilk
1 tsp Stevia®(or your favorite sweetener)
1 tsp Chia seeds
¾ cup ice (ifusing fresh blackberries)
Instructions
1. Placeall ingredients into a blender. If using frozen blackberries, you will not haveto add ice. If using fresh blackberries, add in ¾ cup chopped ice to blender.
2. Blendall ingredients together for 30 seconds to 1 minute until well blended andsmooth.

Rosemary Melonade
Serves: 2
3 c chopped seedless watermelon, chilled
1 tsp finely grated lemon zest
1 lemon, peeled and seeded
1½ tsp finely chopped rosemary
½ c frozen pineapple (Using fresh pineapple)
¼ c frozen strawberries
5 drops alcohol-free liquid stevia, optional
Optional boosters:
½ c frozen raw cauliflower florets
½ tsp cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil
¼ tsp finely chopped jalapeño chile
Throw all of the ingredients into your blender and blaston high for 30 to 60 seconds, until well combined. 115 cal

It's gonna be the Blackberry smoothie, that's my favourite berry along with blueberries! I may add blueberries now that I think of it! LOL !

I would love to try the chia and oatmeal recipes. Really wonder how oatmeal smoothie tastes llke.
On a side note, i believe sugar or stevia is unnecessary as the fruits will give natural sweetness to the smoothie. It will be much healthier without sugar :)
