Hi Jeannette, you mean those little red and green arrows, right? As I understand it those are just showing how many spots a member has moved up or down the list since the last tally. Cheers :)
do you have any literature that I can send them? Would I earn anything for bringing them on board?
Jeannette, you should share the lessons in the starter membership with your friends. Here is a good place to start with this: Day 1: Getting Rolling
You can use your affiliate link for that. Yes, you would. If they set up their profile once they join, you’ll get credit and when they upgrade to Premium you’ll get commission for it. To know more about it, go to WA Affiliate Program on the left and you’ll see Earn Revenue by Referring People to Wealthy Affiliate.
