Hi there cyber family..
It's been a while since I posted. I have actually been away from WA for a month. I had a medical procedure I needed to take care of and I just needed some time off. So now I'm back; but feeling a little disconnected still. So to start getting back in the swing of things and possibly help others too... I came up with a very simple list of what I can and can't do.
1. I CAN learn and grow
2. I CAN endure
3. I CAN persevere
4. I CAN change
5. I CAN overcome
1. I CAN'T remain static (must grow)
2. I CAN'T keep doing something that's not working.
3. I CAN'T change others (only myself)
4. I CAN'T despair
5. I CAN'T GIVE UP!!
These are very simplistic; but it's good to remind ourselves about simple things. See if you can come up with your own list. It helps me to become more centered to know what I can do and can't (or maybe what I won't) do.
