Mutual respect goes ALONG WAY!! When you become proactive about building others up you will find they build you up with absolutely minimal requests. In this community you are going to get exactly what you give. Respect is paramount when running a business. You are only equal to the people you ask to build you up.... So you may want to put a lot of effort into building other people up.
