I would like to create an LLC, and I would like to do it through WA. The Name I would like to use is UnversalLife&Health, LLC How do I know if this name is available?
No, they do not.
However, initially, you do not require an LLC until your business takes off; then, you can consider establishing a limited liability.

I'm already a Life & Health insurance agent. so I'm active in doing business already. But I have other companies that I would like to incorporate, I'm also a Peer Specialist who helps people recover from Mental illness and Substance abuse. I would like to tie everything together and offer my services to the general public.
