It Is A great Feeling
It is a great feeling to complete phase one of the training. I realized just taking it one day at a time and going step by step are the best ways to get through, Be patient with yourself, nobody is rushing you except you. If you don't understand something go over the video, you may have missed something. Dont rush haste makes wastes. Rest when you are tired, you focus better when you are well rested.
