What Motivates you?

Motivation- Without it we quit and with it we do way more than we would ever think. Outsiders don't quite understand. Family don't quite understand. Friends don't quite understand. But you do. That little voice inside that says, I know I can do it. Give me time. Give me a little more knowledge. Give me some failures. One day it will happen. I was reminded recently of the movie "The Pursuit of Happiness" with Will Smith. That was such a great movie of persistence, not quitting, and making it happen.
