I just wanted to say 'sorry' if anyone notices that I may have become more vocal over the past few days. As most of you know, I'll probably go very quiet again soon and find it impossible to reply/communicate.. I am having an 'episode'...apparently so please don't be offended if I suddenly start to 'ignore' you or don't reply to my 'pm's'. Bipolar sucks!
