My first referral to WA
I am completely taken by surprise, I posted this after noon my latest post, took the wife out for dinner to our favorite chinese restuarant, came home was checking FB and flicked across to gmail, there it was from WA congratulations a new member has accepted your invitation to check out WA. a new member called "Trumpin" from that post, and its on baking soda of all things?
My 3 months anniversary here is sunday 6th, so looking forward to things really pushing forward now, you start at 1 new member and keep going.. The training and low fruit key words do work, I have been working pretty hard since returning from holidays, so happy thank you every one for the encouragement and comments, its happening, look out for my first of many training lessons I intend to post, I have discovered a few things since joining and I want to share with everyone.... see you all soon

You really should not be doing this without the permission of the invitee. New invitees need to experience and interact with the community at their own pace and not be overwhelmed by people welcoming them without them even introducing themselves.
This could make them not want to complete their profile and become an actual member. Everyone sending welcomes can make WA seem like a pyramid or MLM kind of program, like we are desparate for sign ups.
You should first wait until they start interacting with the community like Kyle says in the training and not before. Let them fill out their profiles first, then ask them first if they want to be introduced to the community.
