Day 50 - Traffic

Website 2 has started to see a trickle of traffic coming through so I need to keep publishing the articles.

I'm also seeing some rankings but I still need to strenghten this site by publishing on and off the site.

I think maybe by the end of the month, Website 2 might have it's first sale.

I'm going to work on some content for this website today as scheduled. Today's content would be a review and I'm going to see if I can publish another review that's scheduled for another day.

I also need to finish up the video that I'm working on for the review I did yesterday for Website 1. I recorded some audio last night and just need to put it all together inside my video editing program.

Today's Tasks

So today's tasks are three in total plus the other two that always follow.

1. Write a review - This review was scheduled for the 10th but since I took the weekend off I didn't get to do it. I'm doing it today.

2. Write another review - Today's article was a non-review article but I switched it out with another day so that I could do a review today. The reviews are easier to write. I'll research and outline this then write and publish it.

3. Continue working on my video for Website 1 - The screen capture is already done. I decided to do it this way then record my voice walking through it. I did some of this last night and I'll just finish it up and put it together in my video editor. When I'm satisfied with it, I'll upload to YouTube to complete the task.

4. Report back to WA - I'll report back whether I got my tasks done or not. I promise.

5. Do schedule for Wednesday - I always do this last task just before bed.

I also need to add some pages to my Website 2 site like affiliate disclosure and so on. I'm not sure why I didn't add them before but after getting some real traffic today, I looked around a bit and realized I needed a couple other pages. I've made the note to add them.

About the song: This is a Grenadian song that won the top honours (called the Road March) at their 2007 Carnival. Soca is the main music genre for many Caribbean people including myself but I love all types of music.

This song could also be a celebratory song for receiving website traffic for the first time - a traffic anthem.
